If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would! We had the best experience at Pediatrics Dentist of the Treasure Coast. My husband and I were a little nervous since it was our 2-year-old’s very first dental visit, but the entire process was seamless from start to finish. Diana took the time to explain everything so clearly, making us feel comfortable and informed every step of the way. Dr. PJ was absolutely amazing with our son patient, kind, and so gentle. Our little one did such a great job, and we left feeling confident about his dental care and knowing exactly what to expect for future visits. Thank you for creating such a warm, welcoming environment for little ones. We will definitely be bringing all three of our boys here, and I’ll be recommending this office to everyone I know!

The quality of care at this practice is excellent, and the entire staff is consistently friendly and professional. That is why my children have been patients here for many years. That said, the payment policy is very concerning. Requiring parents to pay 100% of the cost out of pocket, even when their children have dental insurance, creates a significant financial burden. I completely understand paying the estimated patient responsibility or even a reasonable amount above that to account for potential insurance adjustments. However, requiring nearly $1,000 for routine annual dental care when there are no major issues is simply not practical for many families. I also believe long-term families should be given some consideration. Families who have been with the practice for more than a decade and have consistently fulfilled their financial obligations have demonstrated that they are reliable. A policy that allows some flexibility for established families with a strong payment history would go a long way. 15 Years of Exceptional Care — The Best Pediatric Dentist Around! We have been bringing our children to Pediatric Dentist of the Treasure Coast and Dr. Arias for the past 15 years, and we truly could not ask for a better experience. Dr. Arias and the entire staff are exceptional — caring, patient, professional, and incredibly thorough. From the moment you walk in, the office feels fun, welcoming, and comfortable for both kids and parents. The staff always takes the time to explain everything clearly, making sure both the children and parents feel informed and at ease. Their attention to detail and gentle approach have made every visit a positive one over the years. It’s rare to find a practice that consistently provides such outstanding care year after year. We had an absolutely wonderful experience with Pediatric Dentistry of the Treasure Coast. From the very beginning, Dr. JP and his assistant Emma went above and beyond to make both my son and me feel comfortable and supported. Dr. JP is incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and patient. His attention to detail when creating my son’s treatment plan was truly exceptional, and it gave me so much confidence throughout the entire process. My son was initially very afraid of going to the dentist, but thanks to the care, understanding, and gentle approach from Dr. JP and his team, that fear gradually disappeared. After several visits leading up to his pedi-partial placement, my son became completely at ease in the office. Seeing his transformation and comfort level meant everything to me as a parent. I am so grateful for the support, compassion, and professionalism we received every step of the way. It brings me so much joy to have completed this journey with such an amazing team. We have been coming here for the past year. I found this place by calling all of the dentist offices near me to see who accepted my insurance. Danielle and Sharon are amazing, I love the fact that they are able to schedule super early appointments starting at 7AM so my children don’t have to miss school. After the visit they give your child a token to get a free gift. Thank you for your great work and professionalism.
